Using social media is great way for you to inform your community and customers that you are RepairPal Certified. By highlighting your fair pricing, you'll be building trust with potential customers, while reinforcing the relationship you have with your current ones.

We recommend creating content on your company's social media platform and tagging RepairPal to build trust. You can include your own images (we recommend taking photos of your RepairPal signage), or the ones we offer to complete your post.

Don't forget to link to your appointment scheduler, or to the RepairPal Estimator as a call to action!

Estimator QR Codes

These QR codes will take you and/or your customers directly to the RepairPal Fair Price Estimator™. Feel free to add them to your marketing materials as you see fit.

Estimator Widget

Your dashboard includes easy to install tools that can be used on your website, demonstrating your dedication and commitment to high standards. 

Using the Estimator widget on your website links back to your dealer profile and helps boost its rankings. 

To access the widget:

1: Access the Estimator Widget by clicking " Estimator" under the " Widgets" tab on the top bar of your Dashboard.

2: Customize your own theme. We recommend personalizing your widget theme to match your dealership. We can also switch out the default vehicle to any make/model, and we can lead customers to the scheduler on your website!

3: Copy the HTML code and paste it on your website or replace the existing widget code you have for the newest version. 

Digital & Print Assets

We are happy to offer custom co-branded assets for your dealership. This is a great way to communicate that you're RepairPal Certified with customers, while keeping your branding & imagery. 

These will be shared with you via email in the upcoming weeks, so keep an eye out!

Examples:

Postcard: This can be sent out to your customers to highlight your commitment to fair pricing.

Flyer: This can be distributed to customers at any point during the sales or service process.

Business Cards: These can be attached to you RO's or handed out to customers.

Physical Welcome Kit & Signage

Our physical welcome kit will contain the following items, making it easy for you to showcase your certification at your dealership!

Welcome Kit Items:

Desk Signs

These should be put on each Service Advisor's desk as a way of reminding customers of your Fair Price Guarantee and offering them an estimate.


Window Clings

This 3” x 8” static decal will cling to any glass door or window, facing outward.


Customer Facing Poster

This can be hung up on the wall in your service drive waiting room / lobby, or wherever you see fit.


Monitor Cards

This can be taped to your advisor's computer monitors to provide easy access to the estimator. The orange side should face customers, and the blue side should face the advisor.


Standard Sign

This PVC sign can be hung up outside of your dealership.


Framed Certificate

This is your official RepairPal Certification certificate, and can be displayed where you see fit.


BDC Mousepads

These include our Estimator Talk Tracks and can be placed on BDC desks.


Talk Tracks Poster

This contains our Estimator Talk Tracks and should be displayed in your BDC office, or wherever your BDC team is located.


Sticky Notepads

We've provided you enough for your Service Advisor and BDC teams. These can be distributed and used as needed.

This can be hung up outside of your dealership or within your service drive.

We also offer a custom 3x8 vinyl banner that you can order at anytime by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager. We can Replace the "our dealership" with your dealership's name.
