Managing Your Recall Leads
Anytime a new recall lead chooses to contact your dealership, you'll receive an email from us with their details.
In addition to that email, the recalls section in your dashboard provides an easy way to help you manage all of the recall leads coming in from RepairPal. You will be able to see basic customer information and leave notes if necessary. This list helps you manage your recall leads and will save you time if monitored regularly.
Getting to the Recall Section of your Dashboard
To get to the recalls section of your dashboard, click on the leads tab on the top of the page. Under the leads tab, you'll see a new section called "Recalls". (Shown Below)
Managing Recall Leads
If you have any recalls that need to be contacted, you will see those listed at the top so that you can get them quickly! To mark a recall lead as “Contacted”, click on the “Needs Attention” status button. (Shown Below)
Once you click on the status button, you'll be able to see details about the customer and their recall needs. You'll also be able to add notes to their repair profile. (Shown Below)
