Harman is a  mobile app. It works by installing a device (known as a dongle) into a car's OBD II diagnostic port and syncs with the app on the subscriber's phone to give the customer information on the car's health and trouble codes. 

Referrals

Harman subscribers are referred to a nearby RepairPal facility via the app. Most of their customers will call you or make an appointment with you through the app.
