Tow Dispatches
The Tows section of your dashboard lists dispatches made to your dealership from our tow partners. You will be able to see basic customer information and leave notes if necessary. This list helps you manage your tow referrals and will save you time if monitored regularly.
You will see all tows dispatched to your dealership (even if they didn't arrive). You'll need to manually verify which tows actually arrived.
If you have any tows that need to be verified or need invoices, you will see those listed at the top so that you can get them verified more quickly! To mark a tow as “Arrived” or “Not Arrived”, click on the “Verify” status button.
Reasons a tow may not arrive
Dispatches are created right away and don't always know the full extent of the car issue or what the customer wants to do. Some reasons why a dispatched tow may not arrive to your dealership:
- Car does not need auto repair (flat tire with spare available, lockout, dead battery, out of gas, accident, etc.)
- The customer requests a tow to home or work
- The customer requests a tow to another facility
- The customer cancels the dispatch for any reason
