Setting Up Off Hours Appointments
Sometimes customers aren't able to drop their car off during regular business hours. If you offer customers the option of dropping off their car when you are closed, RepairPal also allows you to set up your appointments to offer that option. Additionally, when the customer receives an email confirmation, we can include any instructions from you that would help a customer complete the drop-off. Some roadside partners will not allow you to participate in their program if you do not offer off hours drop off options.

Click the Gear icon on the right hand side of your dashboard and click Settings.

Click Appointment Preferences on the left hand side.

Scroll to the bottom and click the pencil to edit your Off Hours Drop Off Information. Select which you have available and enter the instructions the customer should follow. Then click Save.
