RepairPal Certification calls out your dedication to fair pricing and high-quality work. Our goal is to make it easier for you to show off your qualifications to potential customers at all stages of the car repair process. 

In this marketing center, we have a ton of assets available for you to download! We encourage you to use as many of these as possible to reinforce our partnership and build trust with your customers.

Optimizing Your Profile:

The first step to attracting potential customers is to complete your RepairPal profile. You'll want to grab their attention with attractive photos, good marketing text, and complete settings. 

Customers will be searching through many listings as they decide where to take their car for repair—make yours stand out.

How to create a stellar profile:

Business Description

  • Craft your business description. Be sure your description captures anything customers should know about your dealership that isn't otherwise captured in other places like the amenities list. This is your chance to share who you are as a dealership, and why customers should choose you.
  • Don't forget the details. Make your listing stand out by highlighting what guests will love about your dealership. Think about highlighting your specialty training or certifications. Consider including the areas you serve and the specialty makes you service. Details help customers decide whether your dealership is a good fit for their needs, so be sure to mention any details that might be polarizing for them.

Customer Email Message

When a customer books an appointment through RepairPal, we send them an email with their appointment details. In that email we also provide you with the option of adding a specific message to the customer. See details here.

Be communicative and clear. This is your chance to provide the customer any information that will help prepare them for their appointment and what to expect when they show up. For instance:

  • Customers will need to plan transportation once they drop the car off
  • What to expect when they show up for the appointment
  • Drop off vs immediate services
  • Details on warranty repairs
  • Policies on diagnostic fees

General Business Information

Make it easy for customers to know how to contact you and when your dealership is available for appointments. Be sure to block out any holidays in your settings when you aren’t available for service. You can also set a daily appointment limit, block a day or two between appointments (to give you time to manage appointments), set business and appointment hours, and other options. Once your profile is set up, remember to keep it updated often so potential customers can see your dealership’s true availability.

  • Contact Information. Be sure your contact information is accurate and up to date, and that your address matches other profiles, especially Google, to boost your rankings.
  • Business Hours & Appointment Hours. Often times, your business hours are not the same hours that you want to accept new customers. See details here.
  • Off Hours. If you offer customers the option of dropping off their car when you are closed, RepairPal also allows you to set up your appointments to offer that option. See details here.
  • Business Days Lead Time. Your lead time controls how close to the current date a customer can book an appointment. See details here.
  • Daily Appointment Limit. If you are not able to take in an unlimited number of customers in a day, you can set a limit of how many appointments you can offer. See more details here.
  • Amenities & Specialties. Use the Customer Amenities & Specialties checklist to indicate all the features of your dealership, as well as the specialty services you provide.

Using Great Photos

Your RepairPal profile delivers the first impression to your customers.

Customers will be searching through list of repair facilities as they decide where to take their car for repair - make your dealership stands out with attractive photos. These photos can help you attract customers and increase conversion.

  • Grab their attention with your first photo. That's the first thing customers will see in the search results
  • Upload as many pictures as we allow right within your dashboard
  • Share videos. In addition to pictures on your RepairPal profile

The RepairPal Estimator Widget:

Your dashboard includes easy to install tools that can be used on your website, demonstrating your dedication and commitment to high standards. 

Using the Estimator widget on your website links back to your dealer profile and helps boost its rankings. 

Widgets included in your dashboard:

  • Fair Price Estimator - Our Fair Price Estimator educates consumers about the cost of auto repair. By including this tool on your website or marketing initiatives, you can ensure your customers don’t leave the dealership feeling like they have overspent, while building their trust in your business.

To access the widget:

Access the Estimator Widget by clicking " Estimator" under the " Widgets" tab on the top bar of your Dashboard.

Customize your own theme. We recommend personalizing your widget theme to match your dealership. We can also switch out the default vehicle to any make/model, and we can lead customers to the scheduler on your website!

Copy the HTML code and paste it on your website or replace the existing widget code you have for the newest version.


Digital & Print Assets

We are pleased to provide you RepairPal digital and print assets for your facility's use as part of your participation with RepairPal. The intent is to allow you to inform your community and customers that you are a RepairPal partner. 

How to use these assets 

Each attachment is labeled as to its intended use. There are versions with words, and ones without.  We suggest including the link to your dealership profile page on RepairPal when you share these on social media.

RepairPal Certified Signage

Showing potential customers your dedication to high quality repairs, a fair pair price, and guaranteed work is a great way to market your business. With our collection of RepairPal Certified Signage, we’re making it easier to show potential customers your qualifications, before they even walk in your door. 

We offer different options that you can choose from, and we'll send at no cost to you. You can order signage for your Dealership here.

Social Media Co-Branding

Using social media is great way for you to inform your community and customers that you are RepairPal Certified. By highlighting your fair pricing, you'll be building trust with potential customers, while reinforcing the relationship you have with your current customers.

We recommend creating content on your company's social media platform and tagging RepairPal to build trust. You can include your own images, or use the digital assets we offer to complete your post. Don't forget to link your appointment scheduler, or the RepairPal estimator as a call to action!
